Payments
Record cash, M-Pesa, card and split payments at checkout. Automatic M-Pesa prompts (STK Push) work once your own M-Pesa or payment-gateway account is set up, and a sale is marked paid only when the provider confirms the payment.

The Tax & Returns tab works out VAT per item and organises your sales and tax records for review and manual reporting. These are not official KRA returns or eTIMS invoices. KRA eTIMS submission needs your business's own KRA approval and setup: ask us whether it is available for your business.

What keeps working when the internet drops.
MyDuka saves every sale on the device first and sends it to the server when it can. Here is exactly what that means.
Works without internet
- Selling, with cash or M-Pesa payments recorded by hand
- Printing receipts on a printer connected to that device

When you are back online
- Waiting sales and changes are sent automatically
- Each sale has its own reference, so a sale sent twice is counted once
- The Dashboard shows how many changes are still waiting
Good to know: until they are sent, waiting sales live in that device's browser storage. Do not clear the browser's data or uninstall the app while sales are waiting.
